USA Recruitment FAQ
The candidate need not pay a single penny for recruitment through AmTrust. The recruitment process includes free premium H1B visa processing for the candidate, flight charges for the candidate, and one month accommodation for candidate and spouse once the candidate reaches US. All of these charges are borne by us. If the candidate would like to process for spouse visa, and spouse accompanies the candidate to US, the visa processing and flight charges for the spouse are to be borne by the candidate.

- Profile Screening by AmTrust Screening Panel. Select/Reject (1-2 Weeks)
- 1st rounds of interview with AmTrust Screening Panel Select/Reject (1-2 Weeks)
- 2nd round of interview with Client if required. Select/Reject (2-3 Weeks)
- Offer Letter/Clarifications/Negotiations / Signing (Candidate) (1-2 Weeks)
- Documents Submission Select/Reject (Depends on Candidate)
- Visa process initiation (3-4 Months)
- Flight Ticket
- 1 Month Accommodation
