It is the responsibility of the applicant to apply for educational transcripts from their respective educational institutions and universities. However we can apply on behalf of students wherever we have our facilitators available. There could be additional charges applicable in case their services are sought. In case of universities which support online transcripts application submission, we can apply on behalf of the students as well. However we can apply on behalf of students wherever we have our facilitators available. There could be additional charges applicable in case their services are sought. In case of states which support online application submission, we can apply on behalf of the students as well. We merely collect these fees and pay on your behalf to the institutions mentioned below. Part of our NCLEX Service is to make the whole process very CONVENIENT for you.  Our NCLEX Service Fee includes assistance and guidance services including the  verification which is very difficult to accomplish. Yes, We can take up the processing from the current state and help.  Please bear in mind that there are so many rules and regulations, associated with each board and most without professional guidance through out end up wasting a lot of money, and time. Amtrust is daily getting frantic calls from those who initiated on their own and got stuck in between. Most of the time, unfortunately the candidates did some irreparable processing mistake and the process has to be re initiated from scratch with no option to continue. There are multi-fold complexities and multiple information sources for different states. It is always better to leave the processing to experts from the very beginning,  So additional efforts which may be required to rectify incorrect entries and omissions can be avoided..

This of course varies from candidate to candidate and greatly depends on your background, the credential evaluation agency which you chose, and the complexity of your application.  If you have special issues or deficiencies in requirements, it can take longer. We have a three-level rigorous review process in place for each application submitted, and thus ensure that the documentation we do is flawless. However in steps which are beyond our control including transcripts, we have observed that there could be deficiencies, which warrant re-processing. We mitigate this risk through regular follow-ups and as soon as an issue is notified, will restart the processing after requesting due rectifications.
Every applicant has different application needs and unique circumstances. Typically the process will take anywhere from 2 to 10 months just to be safe. If you are willing to avail rush service from regulatory bodies with extra charges, then the processing time can be drastically reduced to 2 months or even less. We do not charge extra for rush service processing. However, we cannot guarantee time estimates since it’s the professional regulatory board that issues NCLEX Licenses. We have credentials (user id and passwords for various regulatory agencies) sharing policy in place strictly keeping in mind the integrity of the entire RN processing procedure. So request all applicants to bear with us until the eligibility is issued. This policy is drafted to avoid any inadvertent processing corruptions and delays. As soon as the processing is completed, all the credentials are shared with the candidate and data kept in our secure servers are deleted, in accordance with our data security policy.
We are at most transparent in all our processes. The progress of processing including any issues are informed to the applicants in real time. So once the processing is entrusted to us, you can relax. You can always check back with us for any specific status update clarifications. If in case you would like to call up the regulatory authority like credentialing agency, or nursing board and give a push on your own, we are open to that as well. We will share you the phone numbers, steps, and the id numbers which you can use.

If refund is asked within 2 days of payment credit, and the processing is still in queue, then the service charge amount is fully refunded.
If refund is asked after 2 days and before credential evaluation stage, then Rs.15,000 is refunded.
If refund is asked after the credential evaluation stage starts, then there is no refund of service charge.
Note: For any personal reasons if you want to put the process on hold, it can be done without refunding and you can continue/restart the process when you are ready. The processing charges hold good in this case without any change.
But after refunding, if you wish to restart the process, then you have to pay the full service charge again, which is prevailing at that time.
